Saratoga Springs, NY plays home to one of the oldest sporting venues in North America, Saratoga Race Course. Each year from mid-July to early-September, thousands flock to Saratoga Springs for the world class horse racing and the lively atmosphere of a town that doubles in size during the race meet. This sign was designed to look like an old “Clubhouse Entrance” sign from the early days.
This sign commemorates the first football venue in the University of Kentucky’s history, where games where played from 1916 until 1972.
